this thing is good for building up stamina. u don't need to be an athlete to use it either. the adjustable resistance makes it simple to start slow and build up gradually.

At best product works like all the others in the $10-$20 price range. There is no noticeable difference in the inhale/exhale (the reason I purchased this one) and adjustment range is lower than the others. It’s got a nice profile and looks more expensive if that’s important.

The mouthpiece is comfortable, doesnt feel awkward & cleaning is super simple. Used it during a movie with my niece. She got curious and made a whole game out of trying it too.
