This is a great ashwagandha + rhodiola combination support. It's just 2 ingredients, and each capsule provides 300mg KSM-66 ashwagandha extract and 150mg rhodiola extract standardized to 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides. They recommend taking 2 capsules per day with a meal. However, in publihsed research KSM-66 is usually taken in divided dosages (300mg 2x per day), so it would be a bit better if this product truly aligned with the scienctific studies on it. I also like taking ashwagandha at night to improve sleep quality, but the addition of stimulating rhodiola makes me hesistate to take this past the afternoon.There are only 30 servings per bottle if you want the full daily 600mg KSM-66 dosage. Considering how many other KSM-66 products there are on the market, it's not the best value by far, but it's high quality and it's nice to have a combination adaptogen supplement with the addition of rhodiola.I personally have not noticed any benefits from KSM-66 before, whereas I have felt effects from rhodiola. That said, the science is promising enough for ashwagandha extract that I take it based on the published research alone.Overall - it's a great ashwagandha + rhodiola combo, but not the best value and I personally prefer ashwagandha that can be taken at night (or even formulated with sleep supplements like melatonin or theanine). Perhaps Blueprint will offer this in a future product.

I ordered something with more ashwaghandain it, buttons was my starter and help ed make start feeling better and I'm thankful for that
