Quick and easy source of fiber.Love mine with raw thinly sliced garlicMixed in when the bulgur is hot with a touch of butter or some “extra virgin olive oil” and freshly ground black pepper and maybe a little cumin and oregano, lemon juice & parsley. Delicious and nutritious!

Whole grain
You can find many different type of Bulgur wheat on the market, but whole food is the only place I find the whole grain, and at a reasonable price. The packaging also makes it easy for one meal prep. Thanks Amazon

Very tasty
Sometimes it comes out blah, but this was really good. Heat it in oil or butter before adding water or broth to get the best flavor.
