Grass Fed A2 Ghee Clarified Butter (32 Oz) – UnsaltedI remember learning about clarified butter from The Galloping Gourmet in the 1970’s. He’d make it on the show. Not here it is ready to use and effortless. It’s tasty and easy to use instead of traditional butter. It’s for a lactose free diet. It has a high smoking point and will fry nicely. It is pricey but everything is now. It’s imported from India. It has a nice nutty aroma. I’m sure you will enjoy this ghee.

I like the jar and general presentation that this ghee comes in--a very farmhouse pantry sort of vibe with the burlap thing. That said, the ghee tastes and smells nice. I have so far used this in cooking, baking and a bit of frying, with great results. It does add a lovely aroma to things. Also, it is unsalted as advertised.

We enjoy cooking with and consuming ghee, and try different brands as often as we can. When I ordered this I thought we were just trying a new brand but it turns out it is a different style of ghee. This one is made with yogurt, which is something we haven't ever tried before. I wondered if the aroma would be different, it isn't. I wondered if the texture would be different, it isn't either. And best of all the flavor is terrific!The jar has a plastic shrink seal around the lid and then is capped off with a tied burlap cover that makes it look like it came from an old fashioned kitchen. The best by date is almost a year off, this product has a good shelf life.Tastes good, easy to use and store, good amount of time to best by date. We would order this again if we needed more.

I have had several ghee products that were inferior. This review is for Farmse Ghee. The first thing I noticed was the deep golden color. It also has a distinct nutty aroma. I am using this for my keto lifestyle and it is an excellent fat source. I used it to cook eggs and it melted smoothly in the pan and added flavor beyond butter to my breakfast.
