I cannot tell you the difference this makes to my body! I have multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia and this really helps my extremely tight traps and upper back, I have also used it on my legs, back (laying on it) tummy cramps whilst on my period ect. Hands down honestly the best thing ever. It genuinely helps me even if on a bad day it’s just the relaxation and mindfulness, the heat whilst it’s on, I often put it on first thing in the morning as I wake up. I’ve used it a lot and put it through its paces since buying - so far it is very durable, easy to use (I do use it on full power) the weight isn’t too heavy as that would aggravate me but more of a comforting weight. Such a good purchase for the price. It helps no end and I would recommend to anyone. Ingenious. So grateful. Thankyou.

This has been a very good purchase for helping relieve pain I get regularly in the back of my neck and shoulders. I would normally put a hot water bottle on the back of my neck and move it around to different spots but this product puts an even heat all around the neck and shoulders and can alter the heat setting and shut off time with the handy control pad.The product is very good quality with soft comfortable material and weighted to allow it to mould close and snug to your body shape.

Good shoulder blanket. Warms up fast, easy to use.Wish it draped over arm a little more.

I use this daily as I have a stiff neck and shoulder pain, the heat it produces is so soothing and with the item being weighted it fits well on the shoulders and wraps around the neck.Well worth the money .

I bought this for regular crick in the neck for me and my daughter, really did help.Recently had a frozen shoulder, this gave great comfort, not a magic wand but helped ease the intense pain. Obviously wrapped it around the should.

Item arrived on time. Item was securely packed in a box. The item is very well made with a good length lead and an easy to use controller.If you're wanting this to help with any kind of muscle tension then I wouldn't buy it. The heat is comfortable, but only enough to keep you warm. It doesn't reach a high enough temperature to help with any muscle issues and that's the reason I bought it.It's easy to use. Very comfortable on the shoulders and neck too just not enough heat to help with any aches/pain or tension. No smell from the material which is also a bonus just a shame it does nothing for pain relief.
