Perfect Hood Prop!!!
This is a bit over the top, but I use this to prop up an after market carbon fiber hood. The old hood had pneumatic lifts so I needed something to hold the hood up. Aftermarket carbon fiber hood props are more than 100 dollars. I bought two 1" rubber table/chair leg covers for 99 cents, which slipped absolutely perfectly over this tube. For one fourth the cost, I have something that works absolutely perfect and looks great as well.
