I’ve settled on Maurten powder mixed with water as my main fuel source for the bike course of both 70.3 and 140.6. I appreciate the more neutral taste and have faith in Maurten’s quality.I also use Maurten gels for the run. Too many other gels are too strong in taste. Not Maurten.

Sold as advertised

Used this for a 100 mile bike ride. Went through four bottles of it and was still crushing it at 80 miles. Taste was fine, less sweet than just straight sugar, not too sweet like Gatorade/Skratch. On the expensive side for regular training, but would definitely go to this again for really long intense rides!
