I needed another remote for my Catnapper recliner. This remote is very sturdy and easy to use. I love the way it reclines my chair back w/ o any problems. 🙂👍 Of I should need another Inwill be ordering one.

This chair went from my grandpa, to my dad, to my mom, and then to me and my husband.We've had to put a recliner cover on it, and obviously replace the remote.This replacement remote is a God-send. It works really well, and does a tremendous job.The battery pack is very useful when the power goes out which happens frequently here in Ohio. Great value for the price.

I care for disabled individuals in their homes. Many of which, have power lift chairs. Occasionally the controllers break, leaving these helpless patients, with little option but to spend hundreds of dollars on technicians and repair. This remote did exactly as advertised, and fit the lift chair! It was easy to install, and even came with a clip that allows the remote to be mounted next to the chair, preventing it from falling in-between the cushion and breaking.

I wasn't sure this would work because the actual remote looked slightly different than the one that broke. I did find the exact match but it was a week out and my husband really needed his chair. I looked at the end connection and since they matched exactly and could come the next day I tried it. It works perfect. The cord on the original remote is straight and it cracked, causing sparking. This has a curly line (like the old telephone cords) and I think it will hold up much longer. It was perfect.

I really love my recliner. I was so upset when the controller stopped working - thinking I'd need a brand new chair. My sister told me about this item and thank God she did! Inexpensive - especially in contrast to a new recliner! - and really easy to connect! I've had it for a year and I could not be more pleased. There's a hook on the back of it that I guess would allow you to hang it from something, like a bed side rail if that what you're using it for - it's sort of bulky on a recliner's arm, but that's just a nit-pick. So worth it!!!

I ordered it on Sunday. It came on Monday and it works perfect with our Windemere Electric recliner/lift Chair. Windemere service and service provider have got to be the worst companies I’ve ever tried to work with in my life and I am 80 years old and have managed large corporations. Are used voicemail: I do email, I used to chat, I have received two phone calls and their service provider, and Windemere has not followed up those phone calls with any action whatsoever knowing that I had had a stroke, I need The remote controller to operate the chair, because I am almost living in the chair but – – – they could care less. This controller not only works well with my electric recliner chair, but it has a hook on it that allows you to hang it on the side pocket, which makes it accessible and protects the wiring from getting kinked.
