I like talking this vitamin D drops because it last longer and easy to swallow. Combined with K2, Zinc and magnesium makes it more stronger and effective. Has clean ingredients and no preservatives. Does not smell bad and has light strawberry flavor. Good value for the money.

The IU seems good however on the Other Ingredient list, it says "natural flavor"? it doesn't specify what that natural ingredient is. Also it has a weird taste like chemical, (not sure if that what it is)it does linger in the mouth but is not pleasant. I give some to my children and they hate taking it and well I bear it, but not sure if i will purchase this item again .

I bought it on doctor's advice. The amount of vitamin d , d3 and k2 in it is very good. Feel good ,I loved that it has extra magnesium and zinc, taste is good, value for money,and it is also very nice that it is vegan, thank you.

I'm not a huge fan of strawberry flavored items. This, however, doesn't taste like fake strawberries. I have taken this directly by mouth and with a little water, too. Directly by mouth tastes a little too oily for me, but is doable. I prefer to take it with a little bit of water. It dilutes the oily taste and the strawberry flavor is mild. The D3 & K2 combination is very good for you. I haven't seen the benefits yet, but I know it helps.
