How does this taste different than the regular pg tips? is the "gold" version stronger?

It's a little "brighter." Tastes more like the old Yorkshire Gold, which doesn't taste much different from regular PG Tips anymore.

I know it is a blend of teas but what kind? Green? Black?

It is a full-bodied black tea that you can enjoy hot or iced. If you black tea as I do, I highly recommend you give this one a try.

Are the used tea bags able to be put in my compost?
