The container I received was 100% old-fashioned talc - no starch to be found. Like the good old days.

Hello, great question. On the contrary, if you read the ingredients listed on the back of this item, active ingredient is menthol. The inactive ingredients are eucalyptus, zinc, corn starch, silica and a few others listed. Thank you
