Does this V-dog jerky last awhile or chewed up easily?

My dog is 15 pounds and eats in less than a minute. I give it as a nightly treat for bedtime. If you’re looking for a treat to settle your dog down to relax this is good if you want a vegetarian bone (it’s not vegan) check out the peanut butter bone from Earth Animal brand it’s made form rice flour my dog loves the “sticks” of that brand.
