Q: are these made in the USA?

Unfortunately the packaging doesn’t specify. The outer carton might, but I’ve already thrown it out. Hopefully someone else can chime in.

Q: How do they suggest you dispose of the liquid? I find no mention anywhere. Surely the liquid is disposed of before recycling the container?!

It’s only water 😉 I throw them away with the water in them I suppose you could pour it down the drain if you wanted too.

It’s only water you can pour it out or put it in the trash bin with the water in it.
