Complete Mathematics for Cambridge IGCSE® Student Book (Extended) (Core and Extended Mathematics for Cambridge IGCSE)

Unfortunately our old Extended version of this book had begun to fall apart and we couldn’t tape it up anymore so had to order this new one. Having owned several versions of This author’s Core and Extended books (as my kids grow), I was worried this new edition would skim on the previous editions. I needn’t have worried; this version is better than the ones before it. Having worked through this book, my 14 year old daughter has recently had a look at IGCSE Cambridge Extended past papers and seriously thinks they are a joke. That’s how well this book prepares the student for the exam. The author doesn’t always explain every sum which can be frustrating at first, but eventually you learn problem solving skills intuitively because you have to think for yourself. As a homeschooling parent I’m always well stocked: I have this latest Oxford, the Core version by this same author as well, 3 latest Cambridge ones, 2 from Hodder, 1 from Collins... I don’t really bother with the others as much. This Maths book is all you need to prepare for the Extended exam 100%.
