It’s two capsules per serving for a dosage of 1000 mg, which is fairly high compared to similar products. I consistently check to see where these types of supplements are sourced, manufactured and distributed, the label states a US distributor, as per my photos, though doesn’t confirm where it’s actually manufactured, and to me, that’s a more important detail.It also doesn’t reference confirmation from a third part ISO certified organization to confirm their ingredients, potency and the overall quality. Nothing in the stated ingredients were of concern to me and I’ve had zero issues since I’ve been taking it. I've had no stomach or skin issues, and I feel as I expected, with no discernible side effects. Given the price ($20) and the amount of Nicotinamide Riboside per serving, I believe the overall value makes for a suitable purchase.

Then judge and test for yourself.Some things to point out about this particular product are:1. Two capsules provides a sizable amount of the named product.2. The capsules aren't massive, but they aren't small.3. Perhaps for marketing purposes, the jar newly opened, is about twice as big as it needs to be to hold all 60 capsules.4. The label states a US distributor, but doesn't seem to make a claim it was made in the USA.

This is made in a GMP certified facility, made in the USA and third party tested - all staples for supplement confidence in my book. I'm sure there are cheaper alternatives out there, but not at this dosage and not with these product certifications and brand reputation. Again, if I'm going to ingest something every day I'll pay a little more to ensure I'm actually getting what I think I'm getting. Recommended.

I know from past experience with NR and NMN supplements what to expect from an NAD+ boosting supplement. This one didn’t do anything for me. The seller did not post a certificate of analysis to support the claim that each serving contains 1000 mg NR. Also, no information about the source of NR. Given this lack of transparency, I cannot recommend this supplement.

My job requires me to be mentally and physically sharp. I have noticed my memory and overall lack of clarity not being what it used to be including forgetting things on a regular basis. Some of this is due to just having too many things on my mind but as we age, it's a good idea to help nature keep us in the best shape possible. I have to be honest and say that I had never heard of NRHM before and was looking at other supplements to help with my mental clarity and focus. There are so many to choose from but the thing that stood out to me about this one is that it's third-party tested. It's only been about a week since I started to use this so it's still too early to tell how effective it will be but I have high hopes based on what others have said about the product. For the price, it's worth giving it a try. The pills are not small but they do not leave any type of after taste and are easy to swallow - at least for me.

I've always liked this supplement and at 1,000 mg it's a find. Finding this high of a dose can be difficult. It works really well and I really like it.
