Is the soap dish foaming only??

This soap is like any other dish soap. It is not a foaming soap like foaming hand soaps.

What is used for the coloring? I can't use Red dyes...

The two main color agents are polymeric pink and polymeric orange. There is NO red dye#whatever used at all. Polymeric liquitints are used in a wide variety of eco-friendly products like dish or laundry soap. As far as I can find overall, when I was checking Method brand dish soap put, it is quite harmless and nothing to worry about. I have exquisitely sensitive reactive skin and have never ever had a single issue with it. What are the ingredients? Does this product contain pthalates, sulphates, parabens, etc?

Is the soap foamy? Is there an option to buy a non foamy version? I have a soap pump built into my sink and I can't use foam soaps with it

It gel like not foam. I use it with the built in soap dispenser and it works like regular dish soap.
