Q: Can I use them in the cold or will they crack?

I am 70 years old. I use a 7 iron for practice and still have a club head speed of 50+mph. My point something enough times with a piece of stainless steel moving at over 50 mph sooner or later it will crack

They are relatively light in weight but the Shag bag should be able to pick him up. Although I haven't tried it

Q: Can you use on a windy day?

You can....when I use them when it is windy, they still work but of course the wind takes them, more than a real golf ball. I've been using them for years
