The media could not be loaded. What can I say? This cat tree is absolutely beautiful quality. Rock solid, plush and gigantic. I bought this as my Siamese is a *ahem* portly boy who struggled to fit in an average cat tree hammock or bed without capsizing the whole thing. Well there’s NO chance of that happening now! Both cats are a bit stunned by the sheer size of this, but have made great use of all levels. I was surprised by how entertaining they find the rope - who’d of thought!Assembly was straightforward but is easier with two people partly down to the weight and solid wood construction. Shipping was pretty quick, taking approximately 4 days from NL. There was an issue with the first shipment, but the sellers were absolutely brilliant about sorting it out. Fantastic customer service, unbelievable quality, and the fact that parts are easily replaced when they wear out makes this well worth the investment. Your cats will thank you - or they would thank you if they weren’t such entitled little monsters…

We have two 8.5 month old Siamese kittens who destroyed their original cat play house that was purchased from a well known retailer that has shops in out of town shopping areas. This new one from RHR looks and feels a whole level of quality better (and let’s be honest, with a price to match).It arrived in two separate shipments, with the ‘nests’ arriving a couple of days later - I was worried at first that they were missing; however, a quick message to the vendor was all it took to let me know that parts were not missing, just coming in a second consignment.Assembly was quick and easy, I had wanted to try to build it with the play house on the right rather than as shown in the left, but the hole pattern in the bed section on top means that this is not possible. One assembled it is very sturdy.Our kittens were VERY unsure of this at first, but then again from their perspective a giant ‘thing’ had just appeared in the middle of their kingdom. It took perhaps 3 hours before they seemed fully at home.This is a premium product, with a premium price, but you can buy spares, so if a part breaks or is worn through, you can simply replace that section - this was one of the features that drew me to this particular tree.Final thoughts? Well our kittens love it and if they are anything like ours, so will yours.

Very happy with this cat tree and my cats love love love it! It was quick and easy to put together and is sturdy. Excellent, strong scratching posts, a decent size covered hide out bed for large cats, and the top cat bed is large for my big fluffy cat with plenty of space. Very cosy and soft with the cushion supplied for the top bed. Product delivered as stated and well packaged. It is a good size too and lovely colour grey.

Got this for my 9yr old cat as it's a great height for her to sit and look out of the window. The materials are great quality and detachable cushioning on the top perch and inside the cave box are great for keeping it clean and fresh still. I believe you can also but replacement parts which not alot of manufacturers offer so definitely worth the investment. The cave box is turnable which has been an amazing feature in helping her to get used to climbing a big new structure and I've turned it on an angle to create a new step for her to jump up onto the big perch. The base and scratching posts are very sturdy, even on carpet I havnt had to attach it to the wall to keep it upright when she jumps onto it. Great investment and quickly approved by the cat!

This is by far the best cat tree my 4 year old male British Shorthair has owned. I have tried a few cat trees but all have been the same...a bit small on space and always rickety no matter how much you tighten the screws. This tree on the other hand is big and heavy in the well packaged box...upon unpacking and checking all parts correct it took just 20 minuted to put together by following the very simple included instructions.Once built it really is an excellent quality tree..Very heavy...extremely sturdy and plushly covered and cusioned tree. Cheaper cat trees can do the job but they just do not compare in any way to this and are just a false economy you get what you pay for and as this is a more expensive cat tree as soon as you start to unpack the parts from the box you can tell that the extra money has been well spent.My cat Haro is now exploring his new luxury penthouse cat tree.He is rocking it like a boss. I will never allow my best mate and wingman to lounge on another substandard tree ever again. I love it. A happy cat man 😊😺🐱🐈Anyone who is looking to purchase a tree and is unsure of buying this... This is the best cat tower I have purchased up to know. Really strong in built quality. Very lush plush. Really thick sisal posts , definitely worth the price. Had hoped the sides to the top rest would have been a little lower but with an extra sleep pad on top its the perfect head rest height.Although my cat is attached to his old tower , I know eventually he will love this in time.Perfect delivery .

I have already left a review. However I will try again. The quality is amazing and the scratching post are excellent. I think that the shelfand the den should protrude b y another three inches to allow the cat assess to the top relaxing area. Even my very large and energeticRagdoll does not jump directly up to the top and he is a young cat. My 10year old Persian who can certainly jump that high will not godirectly to the top and as yet has only used the scratching areas. I am hoping that as time goes by they will start to use it more. It wastheir Christmas present.Gillian Fischel.
