Not navy- but 100% cotton
I like that it is 100%cotton and Otis a good brand. The ad lists the color as navy. It isn’t navy. Maybe a darker blue but definitely not navy.

not that great for sewing with a machine
thread seems to thin, breaks so easy when using in a sewing machine. Maybe alright for hand sewing.
