Rodi has a 3 system unit and a 4 system unit And a 5 system unit. A 3 system unit is sufficient enough !

No, the replacement cartridge bundle does not include the clips to attach the resin to the membrane housing. This is intended to be a replacement cartridge pack and you use the same clips that came with the RO Buddie. Can I use water right away or do I need to flush?

It’s always important to flush the carbon cartridge incase there are any carbon fines from the cartridge manufacturing process. Flushing the carbon cartridge for a few minutes prior to installing the membrane and DI cartridge will ensure any possible carbon doesn’t plug the membrane.
