Quick weight increase
This item not only didn't work, but it did the opposite of what it said. I used for 4 days and gained 5lbs despite increased exercise and no excessive food intake. As soon as I stopped taking these, I lost the weight gained within a week. Unfortunately I bought 40 so absolute waste of money.

Not good as energy booster.
Taste is tolerable, very easy to open. Not sure it boosts energy as it has not worked on me but as for weight loss, I have lost a few lbs and noticed I'm less hungry and not snacking as much. Only down side is you may need to stay close to a toilet 😬

On my 3rd box - this actually works
I’d went to a boot camp in Thailand three years ago and the ex army instructor told me l-carnitine in the morning. Needless to say it worked and I lost lots of kg in the three weeks that I was there. I had put on weight over COVID and wanted to get rid of it and remembered what the instructor said. Did some research and found this product. I never leave reviews but had to for this as I am now on my third box. When I am taking every day I am literally shedding weight - even when I’m just going on a walk instead of a run. I am beyond my goal now and couldn’t be happier. When I don’t have my little tasty vial in the morning I don’t lose, when I do - I pretty much lose every day if I have eaten well and drink lots of water (I am also stopping eating around 4 or before every day). Anyway, if you’re looking for some help to kick start your journey - look no further!

Didn't work for me, might work for you! Product hit and miss with taste.
Effectiveness for me isnt great, the taste is hit and miss so some days it will taste nice and others it will taste like fish and nearly make me throw up. For me they aren't value for money because they weren't as effective for me as others in weightless. Ease of use- absolutely fine, just snap the triangle bit off. Energy levels remained the same as before.
