Missing directions, not hardware - great otherwise!
***UPDATE***When you receive the basket, the screws are screwed into the bracket holes. You have to remove them, place the brackets beneath the basket supports, then add the screws from the top to go down through the supports and catch the bracket holes underneath. (see photo) Otherwise, the pieces will NOT assemble. However, this isn't immediately obvious and I don't blame people for being confused. Some printed visual directions would clear this up immediately. Once assembled, it's a great product.I went through 3-4 similar pot baskets and every single one of them had smaller bracket clearance than claimed and didn't fit the railing at all. This was slightly fiddly to assemble, but worth it since I can actually use it! And very sturdy.

Simple and work well.
Great little hanger, works well for my back porch. I purchased couple of them and would buy again. These are simple but I love the adjustability they offer.

Railing Flower Pot Baskets
I am very satisfied with the items. I bought two of these. They give me an opportunity to beautify my balcony. I am especially happy that the hooks fit my 3” wide railing. Most other brands do not. Thank you for making the hooks adjustable to accommodate my railing width. I will be purchasing a few more.

This item does not fit my deck railing. I initiated a Return...the company IMMEDIATELY issued my refund.

Hard to find hangers for 6 inch railings
This flower pot holder works well on my 6 inch wide deck rail. It is hard to find a hanger that fits these wide rails. I wish they make a version for larger flower pots too!

Missing parts
Just like many others, this was missing the brackets and could not be attached to anything. That seems like poor planning since other customers have the same issue. The part i did receive looks to be of good quality. I plan to return and get a replacement. If all parts arrive, i will update my review at that time. For now, i wouldn't recommend because its unusable.

Fit on my railing and are stable and fully adjustable
I spent a lot of time looking for something that would fit my railing and was fully adjustable. These are great. They are all metal, take seconds to put together, and will fit any railing and fit all my pots. I can securely hang pots on the outside side of my balcony.

Non ease of assembly
The screws included are not long enough to hold pot on rail. I needed to buy the right ones. I should have looked at reviews. Many same compleinys
