Directions Grind the Najjar Arabica 100% Coffee with Cardamom to a medium-fine consistency. Use a coffee-to-water ratio of 1:15. For example, for every 20 grams of coffee, use 300 milliliters of water. Heat the water to about 90-96°C (195-205°F). Steep the coffee in the water for 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even extraction. Strain the coffee and enjoy.
