We've been using this model phone in our warehouses and for our general office workers for the last two years and they work great. The audio quality is near perfect (in my personal opinion) and the phones are easy to use and trouble-free. We use them in conjunction with Avaya Phone Manager software which enhances the experience. This is one of the lower-end model Avaya 9600 series phones but it is an excellent quality phone. The more expensive models add more features such as more display lines, color screens, expansion ports and gigabit Ethernet support but the basic phone function is exactly the same as most of the higher-end models. I'd recommend this phone to anyone as a general business IP phone (for IP Office). For more phone-centric jobs, such as phone sales and support, I'd go for the 9630 and above models; this phone would also work in that capacity but it's not targeted toward that group of users.
