How many accounts can link to it?

Just 1 at a time. But you can link it to different accounts if you eject it from the previous account. And you can always pair it back to an account you've ejected it from. If you want one that can do multiples at once, get the dual catchmon.

This product stopped working out of the blue. What do I need to do?

Check ur batteries if that doesn't work delete the device and reinstall it

Can you set it to only collect poke stops and no pokemon?

Yes you can set it to spin pokemon stops or to catch pokemon, and to do both.

Does it catch pokemon with only one ball or does it go through balls until its caught? How long does it take to catch all the pokemon in area?

It wastes a few balls. It's pretty fast at catching them. I use it when I work. I clean several offices next to stop and gyms. I would waste more balls trying to catch them myself.
