Dunt wanna blah abt it
Its a good product if you want milk proteins in a more condensed medium perhaps this product is for you . It allows slow micellar protein to be released overnight as its intended use and maximise muscle recovery by extending anabolic window. A bit costly though if one cannot afford this product a glass of milk with might serve the purpose.
