Wrong uniform
This box set is the same as the French Line Lancers. And that's exactly the problem, because the uniform coat is wrong for Polish Ulans. Every Ulan regiment (except Prussia) wore a coat called Kurtka, which looked significantly different than the French Kinski. At least you can use this set still as French lancers using the heads with the helmet and not the metal ones with the czapka.
