Don't USE directly as it's received.First check out put VOLTAGE,FROM QUALIFIED ENGINEER,IF IT'S OUT PUT VOLTAGE IS BETWEEN 200V TO 245V ON OUT PUT Connector.Then it is good to Use,Don't trust METER OF VOLTAGE STABILIZER ⚡. IT MAY BE WRONG SHOW.
