How do grounding sheets work?

How long should I grounded - or can I grounded too much?

Can you cover the grounding sheets with an other sheet? Does this little sheets have enough grounding effect?

Why the test pen light up even when it wasn't plugged into the ground socket?

The test pen can test out our products contains conductive material only, It cannot test the grounding of the socket, you are advised to use a multimeter to test grounding.
