Turnabout Patchwork: Simple Quilts with a Twist Paperback – December 17, 2018

I splurged and bought a book instead of an individual pattern (because I couldn’t find an individual pattern). The book is well written and easily understandable. I will be making at least two other patterns contain in the book. Therefore the book is worth the money I invested in it.

If you ever were interested in trying to make a quilt, this is a must have! Teresa Barreu has brought the well done, clear cut tutorials on youtube to book form, and it translates just as well.Turnabout covers all the pertinent info to get you ready to create a great assortment of blocks what supplies are needed, tutorial on block construction through a completed project. Shes a gifted teacher and makes quilting fun and creative. Beginner or advanced, I recommend this book to all.

The author of this book is an excellent quilter with easy to follow directions that are clear and complete. I follow her on Facebook which is where I found out about this book. Great for experienced or new quilters.

This book is shorter and smaller than I thought it would be, but it DOES have what it promises -- several patterns made from simple blocks. It teaches you the blocks AND ways to mix them up, and gives you a good variety of quilts. Well worth the reference, just wished there was more! The pattern that I found online that told me about this book wasn't even inside!

Loved every quilt in this book. They are easily done, look great for gifts, and make you want to try other ideas for more quilts. Thank you for efficient and clear instructions—not a bunch of gobbligoop or "mysteries of quilting" terminology. Well done, Teresa! Amazon's Matchbook offer for the Kindle edition if you purchase the hard copy can't be beat—now I have it with me on the road, too.

Creative ideas to play with to make striking quilts. A simply pieced block with a twist that adds such dimension and changes the whole design look. I love these ideas and the looks you can create. Who knew a twist would make such a totally different looking quilt.
