great product. Should try to protect the cap a little better. Mine arrived leaking a little from a cracked cap.

Mislabeled product
This is a 1% starch solution. It is not a reagent that detects starch. It is a control for starch detecting assays. If you want to detect starch in a solution, you'll need to purchase potassium iodide.I'm sure this is a fine, accurate 1% starch solution, but " 1% starch indicator solution" is a misleading description.Also, don't waste your money. Look up how to make a 1% starch solution online. There's no reason you need to be paying $17 for a liter of water with 10g of soluble starch in it.
