Marvel Cyclops Action Figure

This is the second one I've purchased in the last couple of weeks because I'm a collector who likes to keep many of my figures sealed. Now with that being said, I also open certain figures for my showcase. This figure, as well as the first one came in excellent condition. I had to literally inspect both of them simultaneously before deciding on which one to open because the packaging was superb for both figures. I was extremely happy with both purchases, especially since I caught them both around $25 a piece and they have been incognito in retail. I buy a lot of figures from brick and mortar stores so I can pick the best packaging and it's a gamble to buy online, but I'll have to give amazon props on these purchases because they were well worth the money.

So, most people just want to pinpoint the webgear and straps, but I haven't had too much trouble with either. I'm starting to think I got lucky with my first figure. Watch out for the paint on the visor, 3 out of 4 that I've seen have missing gold paint. Some have more orange overspray on the webgear than others as well. If you find the right one though, and push his straps into place then it's a 5/5 figure. Hasbro nailed the head sculpt as well, one of their best. OMG it's so wonderful I was one of the lucky ones to get this for $24 in April 2018 a year after he came out isn't bad considering he's the most expensive single marvel legend out. I also feel like he's in the top three of all time. It's a really nice figure what more can I say or be thankful for... I'm beyond thrilled I can not begin to tell you.

Well, it’s not the best cyclops has ever looked, but dammit, it’s the most like my cyclops he ever has!Standard ML body with a few bells and whistles thrown on, though there’s little not to like when it works so well.My only gripe is the lack of accessories. A few more hands wouldn’t have gone a miss as there’s only a few situations where having two outwards pointed fingers is socially appropriate. Likewise, a visorless Head would’ve been nice too. I guess they had to make cutbacks on this line to free up plastic for all of Shatterstar’s pouches, so I’ll give hasbro a pass

Every now and then Hasbro comes through with a new release of a figure that completely overshadows the old Toybiz release and this is one of them. Whereas the old version was lanky and thin this better matches the Jim Lee art it’s based upon. Another improvement is the sturdiness of the joints and the build quality of the plastic. It would’ve been Nice if he came with his brown leather jacket or optional optic blasts but the execution is so good that it’s not necessary.

Pro: it's classic cyclops. I got it for 26 in tax before it went back in the 30's great poses. Sculpted very well. Build a figure.Con: the price will jump on this figure because of the sales on it and demand

An updated Marvel Legends 90's style Cyclops was a long time coming, but well worth the wait. As with some other collectors, he was the only one in the wave that I couldn't find at retail. At $25.07 with Prime shipping, I decided to pull the trigger. I rarely pay over retail price for a figure still available at retail, but for the price, I'm definitely satisfied.The figure has the got the same good quality, durability, playability and super poseability you can expect from a Marvel Legends figure, with nice tight joints. Unfortunately, mine had some very minor paint scuffing on his chin, but nothing so bad that it ruins the figure for me. If I had any actual issue with the figure, it's that the bands around his wrist, thighs and calves are not glued down, or better yet sculpted on, so they have the tendency to loosen. If not for that, I would have given him five stars. I'm considering gluing them in place myself.Otherwise, overall a great figure, very faithful to the iconic and beloved Jim Lee design. A total must have for a fan of 90's era X-Men comics and cartoon, highly recommend it!

I only recently became and X-Men fan and this guy is one of my favorites now. The paint is clean, without error, the yellow pops, and no loose joints. It seems like this is the fiftieth time this body mold has been used, but the accessories and belts make it perfect. He's at the front and center of the X-Men where he belongs. I paid $25 on Amazon which is more than fair for him.
