Could not ask for a better product!
I received my oven and must say I am very impressed from every thing to the way it was packaged to the way it bakes.I am not a "tecky" person, but I didn't need any instructions to set the clock or fiqure out how to use the settings, so simple. The interior light is a wonderful feature, but the glass door is large enough to give a good view of the item inside. I have used toaster ovens for about 45 years, and have never really cared for making toast in a toaster oven, for toast, I use a toaster. This is my second convection toaster oven and I wouldnt be with out one, I bake biscuits several times a week and they turn out nicer than in my big oven, baking pies, muffins etc. are wonderful. The convection baking takes about 1/3 less time than a conventional oven and requires about 25 degrees less in temp settingUPDATE:I have had my oven for almost 2 years now and like it as well as the day I first received it. I used it daily mainly for baking and warming, I would still rate it 5 stars--perfect. It is so easy to clean, mine still looks like new. We have had various Oster products in our home for several and have never been disappointed.I have had my oven for over a year now and use it several time a week for baking alone and it still bakes like a dream, so easy to take care of and clean, it still looks like new. We have several Oster products in our kitchen, bread machine, foodsaver just to name a couple, their quality has been excellent as well. One thing that impresses me is anytime I have a question, I can call Oster and speak with a rep that is always helpful, not all companies can say that now days.I find all of the settings work perfectly, I cannot think of any thing that isnt positive about my new oven, looks great and works perfectly--this one far surpasses my previous convection------thank you Oster.3/1/13 I wanted to checked the oven for heat accuracy and found that it runs 25 degrees higher than the temp setting.

Love it -- 5/29/14 Update
I did a lot of research both from reviews and other consumer sights. This oven, by far, I think is the best choice for those of us who want quality and don't have money to through away. The cost I think was appropriate. I am shocked at how small my old oven was and how huge this one is. I have used it every day since I got it.Yes, I would prefer a dial to select my own toast option, but these default options are working fine. I set it to 3, and gave my husband a tutorial. He is just going to have to figure it out on his own. I like setting 2 and I move the rack depending on what I am toasting, usually using the top level. The 'auto' shut off refers to setting the bake (or broil) setting, THEN setting the timer. When the timer expires, then the oven 'shuts off'. I am having to replace my old toaster oven, because the oven would turn off when the door opened during the toast mode, but did not on the bake mode. (Yes, I left the toaster OVEN on and melted microwave lids onto it.) I specifically wanted a new oven with auto shut off. So, I am having to alter my habits, yeah, probably for the better, but this oven is really a nice appliance. I don't think it gets too hot on the outside. I will definitely need to watch trying to take heavy items off the rack, with the rack pulled out. There is nothing holding the rack down. I am really happy with it, and I think I made the best choice.*** Update***5/29/14This is one of the best purchases I have made. The oven cooks great. So good for just the 2 baked potatoes we eat. I would not be afraid to cook anything in this oven. You can differ your toast settings based on the level number and the upper or lower rack setting. Rolls I bake on the lower rack. Toast I toast on level 2 on the upper rack. Frozen toaster strudels I cook on the upper rack on level 3. I have baked things for over an hour, and they do great. It does not get extremely hot on the exterior. I have mine on a metal bakers rack. The shelf above the toaster - the rack rails get warm, however the rubber lining I have on them does not get to hot to matter. I places an easy clean silicone mat on the crumb tray. I just take it out, wipe clean and put it back in. I recommend this to everyone.

VERY pleased!
This Oster toaster/convection oven replaced my 11-year-old Euro Pro X, and I'm very happy with it! It toasts my English muffins and bagels just the way I like them, and I'm glad to be able to bake foods without the greater heat that my stove adds to the kitchen. I like the way the controls are set up, easy and uncomplicated. Reheating leftovers is also much better in a convection oven than in the microwave! The directions which come with this unit are simple and straightforward. A 12-inch pizza will fit fine inside, and a 9x13 pan will fit as long as it does not have handles. (If you're using a glass casserole dish with handles, the largest size you'll be able to use in the Oster is an 8x11.) I am attaching photos: 9x13 pan with unit door open and door closed, 12-inch pizza pan with door open and door closed, and broiler pan with the unit door open. I haven't had it long enough for anything to go wrong, and thus far it seems like a steal at $65. Yes, I can definitely recommend this one!UPDATE 12-27-16: I've now had my Oster toaster/convection oven for about two months, and it has virtually replaced my full sized oven. As a senior lady who lives alone, it's ideal, the perfect size, and I don't have to bend over to take pans out of the oven! :) I will say, for whatever reason, my Otter heats on the high side, faster than I'd see in my big oven. A frozen pizza, for example, which should take 15 minutes at a 400 degree setting, will be fully cooked in my Oster in 9-10 minutes on a 350 setting; higher/longer and it would burn. I admit I'd like it better if the time(s) were more on target with recipe instructions, but I've had to adjust temp/time and it's OK for me. I still love this thing!
