I just received a FAKE tube of Doterra deep blue sports rub. It has no essential oil in it, has no authentic smell of wintergreen. Sending it back. FAKE

Q: Can anyone tell me how to make the sanitizing mist?

Here is what I found online: Ingredients 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel 20 drops doTERRA On Guard Water Instructions In a glass spray bottle, combine aloe vera and doTERRA On Guard. Fill the rest of bottle with water. Shake until combined. To use, spray on hands and rub together.

Q: I'm confused in how to use these. Do you put them on your skin or ingest them? And what's the difference between the oil and the soft gel version?

I have ingested thus daily for the last 4 years. A couple of drops in 8 oz of water and drink it. I basically have a zero immune system and was constantly sick. A friend that had taken it for years told me about it and told me how to take it. Sinus infection 1 time and I had forgotten to take it with me on a trip. My husband and grown daughter ask me before each trip dud you get your onguard?

Q: How would you describe the scent? If I diffuse, is it a pleasant fragrance or "mediciney"?

i wouldn't describe the scent as necessarily pleasant by itself, but not stinky either. I diffuse it and tend to add another drop or two of either lavender or peppermint to enhance the scent.
