That something will get resolved.
My company ordered two of the Standard Horizon HX400IS Intrinsically Safe Handheld VHF Radio. We received both radios and both were working but one of the radios stopped working after 1 month. Hefty price to pay for a radio that only last 1 month.

Standard Horizons HX890 is a much better choice for most boaters
The Standard Horizon HX890 product is much better for most boaters. It has a $189 price point and includes includes GPS and DSC capability that allow the user to flip open a cover, press a button, and transmit your location while asking for help providing you have configured an MMSI number, which can be done free. The model HX890 s radio works within 21 miles of the US coast as part of the USCG Rescue 21 System

Garbage radio and absolutely to service after the sale from the manufacture
My company purchased 3 of these radios and after 1 month 2 radios will not work. We don't know if it's the batteries or the chargers or both but the manufacture will not answer an email nor will they answer the phone.Incredible poor business ethics.
