Celery: Good if you can Take it!
It gets one star because I hate celery. However, I bought it as Dr Hay states it is the most alkaline substance you can take. Alkaline substances, such as lemon juice, raise your blood pH making you feel better. I cannot take it because I find celery toxic, but the company deserve 4 stars for making this substance available to people as low cost. When I do take it I notice the increase in well being. Treat it as a drink and add hot water over a teaspoon of seeds. You could add it to food but only if you like celery flavour. It is potent.

Really nice product
I use a lot of celery seeds in my cooking, so I was very pleased to find this larger size. It's hard to find in supermarkets, and when you do, it's just small bottles. This is a quality product. Lovely aroma and good flavour. I'm happy.

Great value
A really good way to buy celery seeds, great value. Seems a lot but I make my own celery salt and for my friends, so its much cheaper to buy it this way and store in an airtight container, anything you don't use. Really quick delivery.

This celery seed bag has a good quality product with an intense smell.
Celery seed (Randhuni) is one of the ingredients for Bengali cooking. So I am using for vegetable cooking and for fish curry too.
