The book is well organized and skillfully written. Beginning instructors will gain confidence, knowledge, and skill from reading and practicing the exercises. The lesson plans are useable as they are, or readers can adapt them as needed. What a terrific resource!

It took a long time to get here, but once it did, I was really pleased. The lesson plans look fairly easy to follow, and the organization is lógical. Also, there's sufficient variety.

helped me learn to teach water aerobics but would have liked to see more pictures and less workout plans, the workout plans did not explain how to do the added additions to each exercise.

This book offered lesson plans, how to set up classes and many other ideas. It is the most helpful book to date I have read for aqua fitness.
