I haven't taken it long enough to give a fair review so I will update later. but I can tell you that Biotin is very good for your hair I have been taking nail hair and skin vitamins for a while and I have seen a difference, so I decided to up my game and purchase this product which is just the Biotin itself. It's a very good price it came at a very timely manner, it came well packaged and the capsules are easy to swallow but you can tell you're getting your money's worth I suggest anyone looking for a cheaper brand to give this one a try I will be repurchasing, but I would like to add I also continue to take the vitamin gummies along with this so I don't know how the product by itself would work. the hair Skin nails plus college and gummies that I take are by Pink and they taste like strawberry it's a wonderful flavor it's not a synthetic flavor it tastes just like strawberries and you get 60 in a bottle for $9.99 in case anyone was wondering!

The biotin seems to work well. My hair seems thicker, and like it is growing a bit faster.

Noticed a difference in a week. Unfortunately, this vitamin scews my lab results and couldn’t continue to take it.

Great after about 2 weeks I saw a huge improvement in my nails and their thickness and my hair has grown so much!

My opinion in regarding this product is good, I notice that my nails start growing, still kind of weak but improving, I think I should take more.
