This product works good to combat constipation
I have been using this product for more than a year and it really works to reduce constipation when combined with magnesium citrate. I used to suffer from occasional constipation and this works well to keep me regular.

The write up for this product did not indicate that if you were on certain blood pressure meds, that you should not use this product. It was a waste of time and money for me to recieve this, only to find out that it was incompatible with my current meds.
