Great for getting you to sleep
I started using this when I was having trouble sleeping…I wanted a drug free way to get to sleep. This combination of essential oils has me to sleep within 5 minutes or less. I love that it is a roll on!

The smell doesn't last
the smell is nice and calming at first but only really lasts about 3 minutes if that. Once it dries it doesn't really have a pleasant smell, almost smells like a crayon.

Helped my panic attacks
I had this blend at home (not a roll-on) and would put this on my face when I was having bad panic attacks. This took effect right away! Immediately I was calm an okay. I like the roll-on one better because it doesn't get my hands so oily. This also works with mosquito bites (tried that on a whim). This is my favorite Ellia blend. I want my whole life to smell like this!

This citrus based blend has hints of orange, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus, cardamom, and clove. Experience this spicy, sweet scent in the fall, winter, and spring and summer - Except that all it really smells like is cloves. Not what I was expecting.
