Well, it won't hurt you. It probably won't help either. Once you get it, the paper says that if you have thinning hair it won't help you. If you have thick hair you'll continue to have thick hair. The liquid tonic is meant to be put into coconut oil that you provide and apply to head or feet. As this is a homeopathic item, the pills (labeled hair tonic on bottle) are sugar based with some (unmeasured) herbal components. This appears to be manufactured in India. For most people, this is an item that would be difficult to judge efficacy.
