I'm a commercial roofer and this is the only bar i will use. I recently bought a new one because i broke it after around 8 years of abuse. Keep in mind i was doing something that the tool is not intended for when it broke. So minutes after i broke it i had another one on the way from amazon.

Didn’t work right for me but it may not have been the right tool for the job. I need like a tool ment for pulling greasy cucumbers out of tight holes for something. This bars probably good for pulling nails though

This is a great pry bar that came nicely finished and at a very good price. It is strong yet light and the bar tapers nicely to a nice thin edge on both ends. A quality Estwing tool and if it matters to you, marked as "Made in Taiwan".

Well, I love the brand name. Been using Estwing hammers for years. I love the feel of this flat bar, that subtle curve along the shaft is nice. But the in-line forks, near the nail remover hole, bent the first time I applied pressure (see picture for area that bent). They are almost flat now and offer no assistance in prying power. All I was removing at the time was old lap siding. It should have handled that job with ease. Sad. Can’t return it now that it’s completely scratched and bent. Maybe someone from Estwing can see this and coordinate for a replacement?
