I have been using this Melatonin for years and it works well for me No side effects and give me good sleep quality.

Small capsules and easy to swallow. Helps with my sleep.

I just take 2 a night, does the trick, sleep well, and I've ordered many bottles.

Early on in trying to figure out what would work best for me I tried various brands and strengths. In the process, I figured out that for me, any strength higher than 3 mg, I would start being kept awake instead of sleeping within a couple of days. I settled on these and they worked well. When my insurance started offering and OTC benefit, I switched to a brand I could buy in the store so I could use that OTC card to get them for free. I was disappointed with the results though and have switched back to these from Life Extension. They cost me more than the OTC brands, but they work consistently for me.

Works pretty good to fall asleep, but still have trouble waking up in the middle of the night. Downside is it is a capsule and can not break in half if you want to take a little more in the middle of the night. Other than that, it is good.

This product works and tastes good. Life Extension is a quality, trustworthy brand.
