Essential egg replacer
For some reason, my local supermarkets have stopped supplying this essential gram flour. Thank goodness for Amazon! As a vegan, I use it for egg replacement and can even simply mix it into a batter and fry it like an omelette. It tastes dreadful raw, but this disappears once cooked, adding to the protein content of any dish.

Bag arrived burst and flour everywhere
This item arrived with bag burst open and the flour was everywhere. Essentially I’m very disappointed with this item as it cannot be used and needs to be dumped. Total waste of good money.
