I use this with a Pixel phone and an older high-speed charger that can provide up to 35 watts with no problem. This connector should be able to easily handle 45 watts.

Can this be used to connect an iPad Pro 11 to a car charger?

It says in the description that it has data transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbps and also supports up to 3 Amps of power output. 3 Amps should be plenty to charge an Ipad and IS more than plenty to fast charge android like Samsung Note10 +5g. If your power source has 3.0 amps, you;ll get 3.0 amps at the device as long as your cord is a compatible length (6 feet or less).
