I love the large volume of solution this syringe can hold. I love that it's easy to use the plunger. I've been looking for this for a long time - don't know why it took me so long to find it. The one note of caution I would offer: I showed this syringe to the medical assistant who knows such things and she showed me the medical syringe she uses. This unit's tip is far too long. To prevent insertion too deeply, wrap a small rubber band around the tip about 1/3 inch down from the smallest end. This will help you keep the right length.

This is what I needed but probably more than I needed. I really just wanted the tip that can screw on to a large 60 cc syringe.

First one I received had a cracked cylinder and sprayed water out of the side when pressurizing. Ordered a replacement. 2nd one wouldn’t develop vacuum or pressure. Plunger diameter was too small to form a seal inside the cylinder. Never buying this brand again.

The paper that it came with said good to use out of the box. Don't do that. The inside of mine was corroded and dirty. Its tough to clean too.

I would buy again if needed.

It leaked

I mean, it's a syringe used for ear lavage. However, when I opened everything up for an initial cleaning of the pieces I was surprised to find the bottom of the syringe full of machining oil left over from when the manufacturer threaded the thing. Not the easiest substance to clean out of an LONG THIN TUBE and thank goodness I inspected it the way I did. NOT something you want in your ears!!!
