High quality at an excellent price!
My over 70 year old skin, exposed to tropical, sub-tropical and desert sun for most of my life, is really thin, tears easily and had several unattractive raised dark brown crusty patches on my head. While correlation doesn't prove causation, my skin has improved since I began taking Taurine every day. I feel better and look better. It is touted as having anti-aging properties, it seems to work. Those ugly raised brown, crusty sebhorrheic keratosis patches, along with various other prominent brown spots that I've had for over a decade all disappeared. I feel better and my skin, especially on my face, shows improved texture and lessened lines and wrinkles.Perhaps my ancient body decided to improve on its own, but Taurine is inexpensive and easily tolerated, so it's worth a try!

These supplements seem to be working
As far as I can tell these supplements are doing their job. There is no significant change nor did I expect one.These are for preventing problems, primarily. No complaints or problems. Will buy again and recommend. Teresa R. 4/29/2024

Key ingredient for energy drinks
2 pills of this gives you the average dose of taurine(an amino acid) in given energy drinks. Average energy drink goes for $2, a bottle of 100 caps of this goes for $3, much better deal in pill form IMOThe only downfall to purchasing Swanson products here is the shipping. But even with the shipping, if you purchase even just a couple of items, its still cheaper than other brands even with the shipping. Though I would suggest purchasing from their site because they often have sales like buy one get one free etc that wouldnt apply here
