Q: can i use these on the kylin ii rta?

They should work on any build deck.

Q: Will these fit dotshell it’s a very small build deck

inner diameter is 2.5 they fit in my boro builds perfectly

Yes that's completely normal. The reading will go up or down slightly depending on lead length and how tightly you squeeze the coils when you glow them. I hope this helps.

Q: What mm size is the wrap?

I just received my coils today. They take a 3mm shoelace cotton very easily. So happy I tried these coils.
