Bought this for rotator cuff injury in my shoulder . Put it in freezer and then Velcro in place and was such a great relief . Works well just from fridge and can heat in microwave if you want hot therapy but I preferred the cold therapy for pain relief .

Love the convenience of this gel pack. It Velcro’s on to whatever hurts so easily and reheats again and again . I have sciatica and it is currently thd only thing saving my sanity . Would throughly recommend .

This is a nice gel pack, it does seem to get a bit wet on the outside when it starts to thaw! I also thought you could take the gel pack out but you can't it's fixed in with the belt!! I ordered an extra two gel packs but as you can't add them I will have to use them separately!!

OK cold patches for pain relief are a good thing and these are cold patches .... so much like any othersThe difference ... they are larger than most and they have elasticated straps attached.This makes them much better than alternatives that don't when applying to areas such as a knee. The cold area comes round much of the knee and looping the straps holds them firmly in place. There is no need to bootstrap some other method of holding them in place.They are currently being used following a replacement knee operation and are ideal for the purpose. They will stay attached in place and feel comfortable all night (although obviously not cold for that length of time).NB unless you really strap them tightly they may not stay in place when walking around doing your physio.I have a couple to rotate - one in freezer one on knee. I have other cold patches bought in the past .. and these are firmly relegated to reserves for times both of the good ones need chilling.I think this is a good product, and would recommend.

I have bought this to reduce swelling on my knee after knee arthroscopy. After struggling with frozen peas for a couple of days I have found this absolutely amazing. It freezes fairly quickly, however is still pliable when frozen and can be wrapped around the leg. The Velcro straps are stretchy and probably long enough to wrap around the torso, however works for the leg just fine wrapping it around and over the ice pack. It’s recommended to apply ice pack for about 20 minutes, however it stays frozen for much longer. The coverage is just perfect for the knee, but I’m sure it can be equally useful for other injuries. I will just keep it in the freezer from now on just in case and stop wasting the peas! Highly recommended!

This was for my husbands lower back. He is very happy with it for he can now walk and sit without having heat pack moving of spot.Quality very good and will recommend product.

I ordered this item to help an injury to my elbow. I found this item impossible to put on I and thought there may be a buckle to tighten the straps. Also no instructions. It is obvious you need another person to help put it on and as I live by myself that is not an option . I was refused a refund when I tried to return it as it is not fit for my purpose. I order a lot of training accessories from Amazon and I am deeply disappointed that a refund was refused . This will definitely make me think again about my future orders with Amazon.
