These work incredible on my wounds. I am by no way a doctor, but they seem to help heal my open wounds on my legs. They work well enough that this is my second purchase. They are expensive, but seem to be worth it.

This honey gauze is gd stuff. I use it on my 84 mother's boo boo that she got from falling down the front porch steps. A little pricey but it don't stick to her boo boo and it's helping to heal it. Once this is gone I cant afford to buy more. But I also have 2 tube's of medihoney to put on it. And some oil emulsion pads/gauze that also don't stick to it. It's worth the money tho.

I had been using manuka honey bandages for a burn but was running low. I tried one of these and was disappointed the minute I took one out of the foil. The gauze was stiff with ragged edges which poked the skin. I tried one on my burn hoping it would soften with body heat, which it did a little. However, after using it for one day, my burn took a turn for the worse and I had to be prescribed antibiotics. It could've been a coincidence, but I will not trust this product again.

Disappointed for the amount charged per pad ($1.79) that they are very stiff and do not stay on.
